Job summary

You will work with product, architecture and delivery teams to refine requirements, set outcomes, and manage delivery progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a software engineering team.
• Hands-on across full stack development; review patterns, designs, code.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, and API development.
• Understanding of Git, automated testing, CI/CD, Azure services.
• Experience shaping requirements with product and delivery teams.
• Ability to plan, backlog refine, stand-ups, and manage risks.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, practical problem solver with delivery focus.
• Experience across multiple teams sharing platforms and security.
• Experience in regulated/public sector environment.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction for Next.js, .NET, and Azure estate.
• Maintain engineering practices across SDLC, CI/CD, testing.
• Optimize developer velocity and code quality.
• Balance quality, tech debt, risk with delivery.
• Oversee AI-assisted engineering tools under security controls.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA to shape requirements.
