This role focuses on supporting product formulation development and automated testing platforms while managing client interactions and logistics. The ideal candidate will participate in quality assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities

• Organisation, Scheduling and Planning of Routine requests from multiple client facilities.
• Review Design of Experiments and progress automated runs.
• Support automated formulation platforms proficiently.
• Manage Logistics, COSHH, Safety for routine requests.
• Run and Report any routine requests on automated equipment.
• Conduct quality assessment of Haircare products.
• Additional measurement support including preparation and operation of measurement tools.
• Maintain clear communication with Key client Contacts.
• Ensure all pre-calibration of equipment is conducted.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner for resolution.
• Report and document issues or non-conformances.
• Assist in the preparation and review of documentation.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and on time.
• Attend regular client team meetings.
• Deal with customer queries and provide support.
• Maintain cleanliness in laboratory areas.
• Understand the customer relationship and service goals.
