Job description

You'll be supporting the sales function on site, working closely with the Development Sales Lead to convert enquiries, negotiate sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands‑on sales role where you'll be actively engaging with buyers, progressing reservations, and contributing to the overall success of the development.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and close sales on new build properties
  • Work alongside the Development Sales Lead to drive conversions
  • Manage buyer enquiries and conduct viewings
  • Progress reservations through to exchange
  • Build strong relationships with prospective buyers
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline management
Essential requirements
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within property or new homes
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Professional, presentable, and enthusiastic approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team
  • Comfortable working weekends on a rota basis
Desirable requirements
  • Experience in development or off‑plan property sales
  • Knowledge of the sales progression process

Schedule and Hours

5 days per week. Every other weekend: 2 weekends on, 2 weekends off. Hours: Monday to Saturday 10am‑6pm, Sunday 11am‑4pm.

Salary & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: £35,000
  • 5% Bonus
  • Quarterly Commission: Up to £35,000
  • Total OTE: £71,750
