Job summary

Miller Homes Limited in Frimley is seeking a Sales Advisor to join the Southern region and lead development sales from first contact to post-sale. You will be the primary Miller Homes contact for prospective and existing customers, guiding the journey and securing the sale of homes to meet company standards and targets.

The role requires a high-performance sales mindset, excellent customer service, quick problem solving, and the ability to present developments with a strong sales message.

Qualifications

• Experience of high-performance in a sales role.
• Customer-facing professional with experience of dealing with customers and providing an exceptional standard of customer service.
• Experienced in problem solving and the ability to analyse/report on issues that could affect the development.
• Able to rapidly assimilate and assess situations and issues, offering solutions with maximum results.

Responsibilities

• To manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion
• Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey
• Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process
• Take responsibility for the development’s presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards
