A leading property recruitment firm is seeking an experienced professional to manage a diverse estate portfolio across Bristol and North Somerset. You’ll be part of a collaborative team overseeing significant development projects that enhance community life. A minimum of 5 years in project management is expected, along with strong stakeholder engagement skills. Who We're Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years' experience delivering medium to large-scale new build projects, ideally development schemes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination skills.
  • Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, or APM are desirable but not essential.
