Job summary

Scott & Partners is seeking a Development Project Manager to join its client-side team in East Anglia. The role offers exposure across the full development lifecycle and close work with senior decision-makers.

You will manage development and construction from planning to delivery, discharge planning conditions, appoint multidisciplinary consultants, prepare appraisals and CAPEX papers, and oversee budgets and cashflow.

Qualifications

• MRICS, or working towards chartership.
• Strong project delivery experience.
• Planning and development knowledge.
• Excellent commercial awareness.
• Experience managing consultants and multiple stakeholders.
• The confidence to work autonomously and influence decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Managing development and construction projects from planning through to delivery.

I'm keen to speak with individuals with experience in Development Management, Project Management, or a combination of both, ideally gained within a developer, landed estate, property company or consultancy.
