The Development Project Management Director is a key role within the Property & Investment Directorate, leading the delivery of new build and legacy residential development programmes with a clear customer focus whilst meeting the Group's wider financial and operational requirements.
Reporting to the Delivery Director, this role leads one of the Development Project Management Teams to deliver a significant number of new homes across several live and pipeline schemes throughout London and the South East.
As well as overseeing delivery, the postholder will play a key role in contributing to our future development strategy ensuring that we achieve continuous improvement in the quality of the houses and services we provide to our residents and customers.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about house building. They will possess a strong track record in development project management and leadership, with proven expertise in strategic project appraisal, business planning, and risk management, alongside strong financial skills and sharp commercial acumen.
We are looking for an effective communicator and strong collaborator, with experience of delivering complex housing development in a complex and ever‑changing financial and regulatory environment. You will have the confidence, expertise and credibility to drive the right outcomes for L&Q and our customers.
