A healthcare organization in Coventry is looking for a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to support a development pathway from Band 6 to Band 7. The role involves managing a caseload for adults with ADHD and Autism, providing individual interventions, and leading assessments as clinical lead when progressing to Band 7. The ideal candidate will have HCPC registration and a passion for neurodevelopmental practice, with various learning and development opportunities available.

Are you a dedicated Speech and Language Therapist with a passion for neurodevelopmental practice? Are you seeking a development pathway that will support you to grow into a senior clinical role? Our Adult Neurodevelopmental Service is excited to offer a development post for a motivated SLT to progress from Band 6 to Band 7, dependent on completion of a structured competency framework.
Our multidisciplinary Adult Neurodevelopmental Service supports adults with ADHD, Autism, and related neurodevelopmental needs. We provide diagnostic assessments, post-diagnostic support, and evidence-based interventions to help individuals thrive in daily life.
Experience with neurodevelopmental populations is desirable but not essential—training and development will be provided.
