Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own development marketing from land acquisition to sale.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
• Track and report on advertising campaign performance.
• Maintain GDPR compliance in client databases.
• Manage content on property portals.
• Ensure quality of published marketing materials.
• Lead marketing for new developments.
• Develop direct and email marketing campaigns.
