• Circa 5 years' experience in real estate, ideally from a Project Management consultancy.
• Ambition to learn and work across various asset classes.
• Strong numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of a new Primary School throughout its lifecycle.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage design and planning teams.
• Procure and tender contractors.
• Explore and deliver viable opportunities within the masterplan.
• Create and execute land sales and partnership opportunities.
