About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead our software engineering team and drive successful project delivery across a modern C# / .NET technology stack. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical understanding with proven leadership and people management skills. You'll oversee delivery pipelines, mentor engineers, and ensure our products are delivered to the highest standard - on time and on budget.
