Job description

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced professional to join the Capital and Housing Delivery Team as a Development Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day delivery of complex projects/programme lifecycles (often over several years) in accordance with the council's project management systems with responsibility for progressing through the project inception, financial, planning, technical, legal, and procurement (incl. competitive tendering & frameworks) stages of project delivery through to completion. To do this we are recruiting to smarter structures to resource and supplement the great teams we have.
