Job summary

You’ll be responsible for supporting Senior Development Managers and Directors, assisting in appraisal progression, financial modeling, due diligence, and budget tracking, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified.
• Experience in client-side development and/or project management.
• Experience with financial models including Excel and Estates Master.
• MS Project or suitable alternatives.
• Managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Overseeing development budgets, programmes and trackers.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market.
• Experience in public sector partnerships and residential-led regeneration preferred but not required.
• Additional European languages would be an asset.

You’ll Need To Have

• Skilled in communication, influencing, organisation, and time management.
• Degree‑qualified.
