Development Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 plus package

Location: South East London

Region: London

Established Developer urgently requires a Development Manager to run housing schemes from the front end to construction handover and delivery.

The Developer has a turnover in excess of £30 million and works on a mixture of private sale units and joint venture work with Housing Associations and Residential Providers.
