Join a market‑leading development and planning team delivering complex brownfield and strategic regeneration schemes—from town centre redevelopments to garden settlements. You'll get to advise on landmark projects across the Midlands and Southwest, with scope to support work in the South East and London.

This role offers real impact and visibility—your advice will directly shape delivery strategies, land use planning, and development agreements. Key Responsibilities

• Advise on strategy and disposal of complex development sites, especially brownfield and regeneration projects.
• Contribute commercial insights into masterplanning, feasibility, and delivery strategy development.
• Produce appraisals, viability reports, and support procurement of development agreements and partnerships.
