You will also manage development finance applications and ensure the highest level of communication with brokers, applicants, and other stakeholders. Qualifications

• Strong experience in underwriting development finance loans, preferably with FCA regulated loans.
• Excellent understanding of the regulatory environment and TCF principles.
• Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite loan applications within company lending criteria.
• Manage a pipeline of development cases and prioritize accordingly.
• Maintain high-level communication with all parties involved.
