You will manage engineering, infrastructure, and design elements from land feasibility to construction. The Development Engineer will support the delivery of residential developments—ranging from traditional housing to RC‑frame apartment schemes—by managing all engineering, infrastructure, and technical design elements from land feasibility through to construction, reporting into the Lead Engineer/Head of Engineering. The role includes managing statutory approvals, coordinating consultants, supporting infrastructure design, and ensuring engineering solutions are cost‑effective, buildable, and compliant with planning and adoption requirements.
