  • Prepare and submit Transport Assessments, Transport Statements, and Travel Plans as part of the planning process.
  • Negotiate directly with highway authorities and planning officers to achieve approvals and minimise project risk.
  • Identify cost-effective, practical solutions to resolve access or traffic concerns raised during planning.
  • Produce clear, professional technical reports for planning submissions and client presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects at varying stages, ensuring deadlines and commercial targets are met.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage directly with clients, contractors, and local authorities.
  • Strong report-writing ability, with a focus on delivering commercially viable solutions.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant design/analysis tools.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to attend client and site meetings.
What you get in return
