Job summary

Mindful Chef Ltd. is seeking a Creative Development Chef with a passion for healthy, delicious food and strong recipe development skills. You will balance creativity with commercial constraints, working closely with Buying, Marketing and Food teams to bring seasonal recipes to life.

You will develop, test and cost recipes, style dishes for the recipe magazine, and ensure standards meet nutritional and regulatory requirements while maintaining high kitchen organization and food safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in recipe creation, development and writing.
• Experience in professional kitchen or food development environment.
• Experience with editorial recipe development and style guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, cost and write recipes in line with briefs and trends.
• Style and shoot dishes for brand content.
• Ensure recipes meet nutritional, brand, quality and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Buying to source seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain and evolve recipe writing style with Recipe Editor.
• Meet weekly recipe and team deadlines with accuracy.
