This role involves identifying and managing development opportunities, overseeing assets through various stages, and enhancing project value. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network and experience in development and investment. Salary ranges from £60,000 to £70,000 per annum, plus profit share. Nationwide travel is required, and 20 days of holiday are offered, alongside bank holidays.
