A leading housing organization in Scotland seeks a Development & Delivery Manager to oversee new home projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits including flexible working and generous leave policies.
Salary £35,000-£45,000 per annum (negotiable on experience)

Working across both development and delivery, this is a unique opportunity to manage our projects from start to finish and to continue to develop your skills to Senior Manager as you grow with us.
You’ll be delivering our new-homes schemes of mixed tenure across our Scottish regions on time and to budget, ensuring that an excellent offer for our customers and communities always lies at the heart of delivery.
You’ll report to Graeme, our Senior Development and Delivery Manager who is passionate about delivering market leading homes of the highest quality for our customers.
You’ll work alongside our award-winning team who are winners of the 2018 UK housing awards Development Programme of the year and achieved silver for best house at the What House Awards 2018 (bronze in 2017).
Working Monday to Friday, you’ll shape your own diary around work and your own commitments.
This is a hybrid role, so you’ll spend two days in our office at Glasgow, the others across our development sites and from home.
You must be able to use technology for delivering projects and managing budgets, online learning and collaborating with colleagues.
