Job summary

Codi Group invites an experienced Development Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team in a permanent, full-time role. You will lead a small team and provide strong financial insight to shape investment decisions across development and new business opportunities.

The role combines property accounting, financial modelling and leadership to drive value. The role covers appraisal through to handover, ensuring viable, sustainable projects and long-term customer benefits.

Qualifications

• CCAB qualified accountant with strong commercial awareness.
• Experience in complex financial appraisals, property or capital investment projects.
• Experience with Brixx and revenue viability modelling in Care & Support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and provide clear financial insight, challenge and assurance for development opportunities.
• Support major development and investment projects from appraisal through to handover, ensuring financial viability and value.
• Analyse development lifecycles, perform financial reporting, and monitor investments across the group.
