A healthcare provider in Slough is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse/Community Nurse to support career development into a band 6 role. The successful candidate will receive in-service training while visiting patients in their homes, providing essential nursing care, including end-of-life support. With focus on work-life balance, this role offers shifts Monday to Friday and some weekend work. We are looking to second a Registered Nurse/Community Nurse to a developmental post, to take you from a band 5 to a 6. We will offer one of a kind in‑service training to ensure you achieve your competencies whilst in this development role as a band 6. The expectation is that we will support you to apply for the SPQ course running in September 2025, if unsuccessful the secondment would be reviewed.
