The role involves participating in the full software development life cycle, maintaining applications, and performing troubleshooting. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with strong programming skills in Java, .NET, and SQL, among others. A CALL TO ACTION VOLUNTEERS : Dear New Earthers and Resonant Hearts, Due to the exciting expansion in manifestation and growth we are happily experiencing, the Application & Development Task team is looking for a Developer/Programmer Analyst. As the Developer/Programmer Analyst, you will report to the Director of Information Technology. This position is involved in the full software development life cycle and maintaining applications, infrastructure, and information systems. Perform troubleshooting and debugging tasks, as well as being passionate about their contribution to the organization. You will also assist in providing direct feedback and consultation with development engineers on problem resolution.
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent experience (4) years minimum related work experience.

Builds a knowledge base of systems and objectives. Facilitates team meetings effectively, understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
