Job description
About the Role

Pertemps is looking for a Developer to join our technology team in Meriden and play a key role in the ongoing development of our Recruitment CRM / ATS , built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team delivering modern, integrated solutions that support recruitment operations across the business. This is a hands‑on role focused on building scalable and maintainable applications using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services — including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Dataverse integrations.

You’ll also be part of our roadmap to expand automation and intelligence through Azure AI Foundry, bringing practical AI into real‑world recruitment workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications across the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Build and integrate Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API‑driven services to connect internal and external systems.
  • Develop custom functionality using C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript, ensuring clean, secure, and maintainable code.
  • Work on PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) components using React and Fluent UI.
  • Design and optimise system integrations using REST APIs and JSON payloads.
  • Contribute to solution design and technical documentation within an Agile delivery framework.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, testers, and support teams to ensure requirements are met and enhancements are delivered effectively.
  • Use Azure DevOps for version control, pipelines, and ALM across Power Platform environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, peer testing, and knowledge sharing to uphold development standards.
  • Support ongoing improvements in automation, performance, and platform scalability.
Skills & Experience
Essential
  • Proven experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services, including Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs and system integrations.
  • Working knowledge of C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative, office‑based environment.
Desirable
  • Experience with PCF development (React / Fluent UI).
  • Understanding of Power Platform ALM, solution packaging, and deployment.
  • Exposure to Azure AI Foundry or AI / ML integration projects.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and data visualisation.
  • Awareness of secure coding, GDPR, and data protection principles.
  • Experience working within recruitment, HR, or CRM‑based systems.
