Job summary

Fractile is hiring for Developer Experience / DevEx roles in Bristol or London. You will help shape the software stack and tooling for our AI inference accelerator, enabling rapid outputs and scalable performance.

You will work with ML compilers, runtimes, and tooling to improve developer experience, performance, and integration across teams while keeping a sharp focus on usability for LLM engineers.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with inference frameworks such as JAX and/or PyTorch.
• Must have software development experience in Python, Rust, C/C++ or similar.
• Must have experience monitoring and optimising code with CUDA, ROCm, OpenCL, or similar.
• Must have experience monitoring and optimising large language model deployments (50B+ parameters).
• Must be able to work with stakeholders across multiple teams.
