Job summary

Care & Custody requires Detention Custody Officers for the Heathrow Immigration Removal Centre. Salary is £32,848.40 per annum, with 40 hours weekly. Training is paid and provided on start; no prior experience is required.

You will work shift patterns including days and nights to cover a 24/7 operation. Initial training course lasts five weeks and is paid; eligibility for UK security clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Being able to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Willingness to undergo full training with paid status.
• Must be eligible to obtain CTC clearance (UK passport orEU passport with Share Code or ILR).

• Work in a fast-paced custodial environment with rotating shifts.
