Job summary

First Base Employment is seeking three Warehouse Picker / Packers to join a growing warehouse operation. Roles are permanent with start in October, shift 1:00pm–9:00pm, five days out of seven on a rota, based in Cam/Dursley. Salary is £26,000 per year.

You will pick from paper slips, pack orders securely, and work independently while maintaining a neat workspace. Ideal candidates show strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in picking/packing warehouse roles is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking products using paper order slips and product reference numbers.
• Checking items to ensure correct products and quantities.
• Packing orders neatly and securely to a high standard.
• Preparing completed orders for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, well-organised workspace.
• Working independently to manage daily tasks and meet deadlines.
• Following procedures and retaining product information.
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to smooth warehouse operation.
