Bluestorm Limited in Neasden, NW2 is seeking experienced Cleaning Operatives to join a busy commercial site. You will perform high-standard cleaning across toilets, kitchens, reception and meeting rooms, with stock replenishment and daily touchpoint cleaning as part of your responsibilities.

The role suits cleaners who can work independently, maintain excellent hygiene, and follow COSHH and colour-coded cleaning systems.

Qualifications

Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential.
Excellent spoken English is essential.
Strong attention to detail and high hygiene standards.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
Comfortable working on a busy and demanding site.
Good knowledge of COSHH and the colour-coded cleaning system.
Able to follow detailed cleaning procedures and maintain consistency.
Working smartphone with mobile data.
Right to work in the UK.
Reliable access to the site.

Responsibilities

Main duties include cleaning toilets and replenishing supplies, kitchens, reception, meeting rooms and managing stock/consumables.
Regular coffee machine and kettle cleaning/descaling is also required.
Maintain kitchens and toilets, clean staircases and communal areas, checking meeting rooms, managing waste and keeping kitchens organised throughout the day.
Dishwashers and kitchen areas need regular attention.
The ground floor kitchen requires daily attention due to its high usage.
