At British Airways Holidays, our Destination Team sits right at the heart of what we do. From the hotels we select, to the partnerships we build, to the destinations we bring to life, our work directly shapes the holidays our customers book every day.
Our Destination Assistants are the key administrative support to our Destination Team. Supporting the full journey of our hotel partners – from initial setup through to ongoing management. This is a fantastic opportunity to see how a global tour operator really works, learn from experts in product and buying, and build a strong foundation for a career in travel.
This is not a quiet desk job. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, dynamic team, supporting multiple individuals, reacting to changing priorities, and getting exposure to every step of the hotel product lifecycle. Our offices are based in central Crawley and we offer hybrid working (within the UK only). Generally, this role works from our offices twice a week, with additional days as needed depending on meetings etc. Office days are coordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person. We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the training period and you adopt our hybrid working model once you are fully ready.
