Job summary

Ambitions Personnel are currently recruiting for a Despatch Operative to join a busy and well-established warehouse in Annesley. This is a fantastic opportunity with an immediate start and weekday hours from 6:00am to 2:00pm.

You will pick and pack orders, prepare goods for despatch, label and scan products, load and unload deliveries, and complete basic paperwork using handheld scanners. Own transport is preferred due to the early start.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or despatch experience is desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Preparing goods ready for despatch
• Labelling and scanning products
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Completing basic paperwork and using handheld scanners
• Carrying out quality checks on orders
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
