Job summary

Dunbia Group in the United Kingdom is seeking Despatch Operatives to support the efficient running of the despatch department on a 0600am - 1430pm shift, Monday to Friday. You will stack, rotate and stock take in chill storage, select correct stock for assembling orders, transfer stock to the despatch bay and process relevant documentation for each consignment.

Crate scanning and pallet checks ensure accuracy, and you will promote health, safety and hygiene standards while being flexible to work

• Flexible approach to work extra hours to meet demand.

Responsibilities

• Stack, rotate and stock take in chill storage.
• Select correct stock for assembling orders and transfer stock to despatch bay.
• Process relevant documentation for each consignment.
• Scan all crates on every pallet prior to despatch.
• Check that correct number of crates on each pallet have been scanned and correct destination recorded.
• Some associated duties in other departments when required.
• Ensure cleanliness and promote Health, Safety and Hygiene standards.
