A leading food manufacturing company in the United Kingdom is seeking a team leader to oversee operations in Bradford. You will foster a proactive Health and Safety culture, implement process improvements, and ensure logistics performance targets are met. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be IOSH trained, and have a good understanding of safety protocols. This role requires excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Leading a team of operatives to ensure the department operates effectively, efficiently, and safely at all times. You will lead the development of a proactive Health and Safety culture and foster an environment of continuous improvement for both departmental and personnel performance. This hands‑on role, will actively participate in the daily operations of the department.

On Time delivery and Order fill rate. Pallets per hour productivity rate. External Audit Performance including, BRCGS, Retailer Audits and EHO/TSO. Control Logistics budget in agreement with Despatch Manager. Departmental; Absenteeism, Accidents, Briefings and Communication. Successful delivery of Logistics projects - all actions completed on time, in full. Ensure that development and training needs of individuals are consistently applied to create a proactive environment of learning.
