• Ability to develop and adhere to best practice, processes and policy.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and maintenance.
• Administer Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshoot network issues and support end-user devices.
• Build PCs and manage mobile device provisioning.
• Co-ordinate with Cyber Security team to apply security actions.
