Responsibilities
  • Supporting private clients with desktop and remote troubleshooting
  • Working with Windows environments, Office 365, and local Active Directory
  • Supporting and configuring Azure cloud environments
  • Providing remote support from the datacentre office
  • Working shifts between 8 am – 6 pm (rotating: 8–4, 9–5, 10–6; trial of 12–8 possible)
Requirements
  • Experience in a Windows/Desktop/Cloud support role
  • Windows Environments
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Local Active Directory
  • Azure Environments
  • Certifications are highly important, ideally including:
  • MCP / MCSE / MD-101 / MS-102
