Due to the organic business growth in recent years for one of our key client, they are looking to recruit a Desktop Support Engineer for their London office.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting, configuring and deploying Windows 7/10
  • Supporting Microsoft Office 2013
  • Proactively working to improve internal processes
  • Pro-actively identifying potential problems and issues on customer sites
  • Identification of potential opportunities to replace or implement new solutions
Key Skills and Experience
  • Very good English communication skills.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT helpdesk support.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-motivated, well organised.
  • Good IP networking skills.
