A leading infrastructure services provider in East Challow is seeking a Desktop Supervisor to support the Operations Team. The role involves learning supervisory functions, managing administrative duties, and ensuring seamless operational delivery. This role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.
As a Desktop Supervisor you'll be part of our Operations Team and will support administrative duties to help maintain the smooth running of the day‑to‑day functions required to deliver this project, while learning the functions of a Supervisor.
You’ll work with the managers and supervisors across the Dig department to improve productivity, compliance, safety and overall performance.
You’ll engage with the client and M Group Water Services back‑office teams to ensure a seamless delivery of operational excellence and ensure completion of site audits as well as ensuring plant and equipment is safe.
You’ll handle all customer issues in accordance with the 'IMPACT' protocol and respond to the Escalations team in accordance with the prescribed timescales whilst ensuring compliance with all aspects of the Thames Water Smart Metering Asset Standard.
Experience for this role isn't necessary; we are looking for conscientious individuals who are willing to learn and progress through the company.
