Essential
  • Industry knowledge: ideally hands‑on experience with equipment from mail‑room / printing / scanning technologies — interest in technology and a proven desire to learn.
  • Must maintain in‑depth technical knowledge of End‑User IT hardware, including Desktop, Laptop, and Printers, as well as other IT peripherals.
  • Confident in analysing hardware faults and using critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues.
  • Able to evidence problem‑solving skills to quickly diagnose and resolve hardware issues.

  • Strong customer‑facing skills.
What you’ll be doing
  • Diagnose and repair End‑user IT hardware break‑fix at client locations.
  • Provide installation and configuration of End‑user devices.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturer accreditation to support End‑User devices in and out of manufacturer warranty.
