Acora is seeking a Deskside Support Analyst to join the Service Operations team in Nottingham. You will provide face-to-face and on-site technical support, resolving hardware, software, and access issues while maintaining strong customer focus and ITIL-aligned processes.
Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, supporting Windows and Microsoft Cloud services, managing AD/Entra ID, and ensuring SLAs. A shift-based/on-call rotation may apply in this security-conscious environment.
Working hours: Shift based between 0800 - 1800
As a Deskside Support Analyst, you will be part of the Service Operations team, providing face-to-face and on-site technical support to end users.
