IDEX Consulting Ltd. is partnered with a national wealth management business seeking a Desk-based Financial Advisor to join their Bristol office. This role involves taking over a mature client bank in a desk-based environment and engaging with high-net-worth clients.

The salary is £55,000 basic (DOE) with a generous bonus structure. It is a hybrid role with three days per week in the Bristol office, offering a clear pathway to become a field-based Advisor and access to strong benefits.

• Ambitious with a desire to progress.
• CAS qualification desirable but not essential.

Job description

We're partnered with a national wealth management business looking for a Desk-based Financial Advisor to join their thriving Bristol office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Financial Advisor to take over a mature client bank in a desk-based capacity and gain rare exposure to highly affluent and high-net-worth clients.

About the role:

• Salary & progression: £55,000 basic (DOE) with a generous bonus structure. Clear structured pathway in place to become a field-based Advisor
• Work schedule: hybrid - 3 days per week in the Bristol office

What we're looking for:
