ASOS is seeking a talented Designer to blend high-end aesthetic with commercial appeal for premium and directional collections, including Arrange & Wedding. You will translate runway trends into accessible, high-quality pieces for our fashion-obsessed community.

You'll own the design process from concept to final sign-off, elevate product with premium fabrics and detailing, and collaborate across Buyers, Pattern Cutters and Garment Technologists to deliver fast-paced, trend-driven outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experienced designer with a proven track record in mid-market luxury or premium brands.
• Experience across multiple apparel categories, including eveningwear and embellishment.
• Strong eye for print and ability to build inspirational print collections.
• Deep understanding of premium garment construction, patternmaking, tailoring, and fabric behaviour.
• Ability to balance high-end design with online commercial realities.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and pivots with trends.
• Proficient in Procreate, Photoshop, and AI design tools.

Aufgaben

• Owning the aesthetic: Supporting the Senior Designer with the design process from initial concept, mood boards, and colour palettes to final product sign-off.
• Elevating our product: Infuse your mid-market luxury expertise into our collections, focusing on premium fabric sourcing, intricate detailing, and superior fit.
• Chasing trends: Constantly research global street style, runway shows, and cultural shifts to ensure our premium ranges are ahead of the curve.
• Collaborating across teams: Work hand-in-hand with our Buyers, Pattern Cutters, and Garment Technologists to bring your vision to life without compromising on quality or pace.
• Presenting with impact: Pitch your concepts and ranges to senior stakeholders with confidence, clarity, and passion.
• Arrange Daywear Focus: Manage the design & product development for Denim, Knitwear, Tailoring, Outerwear, Casual Jersey & Woven Separates.
