Tesco is seeking a Senior Assistant Designer to shape the creative direction in Nightwear/Ladieswear, with strong trend sensibility and commercial acumen. Based in Welwyn Garden City, you will work a hybrid schedule with two in-office days, Tue–Thu, and a flexible approach to work patterns including remote collaboration.
As the Senior Assistant Designer reporting to the Lead Design Manager, you'll help shape the creative direction of the department, bringing strong experience in Nightwear or Ladieswear, a commercial mindset, and a keen eye for trend and detail. You'll confidently present ideas, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver commercially successful, trend-led product.
