Job summary

Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Designer (Cladding/Roofing) to work on Hertfordshire/Essex projects. You will produce construction drawings on time, develop design proposals, and ensure they meet the client’s expectations while respecting budget constraints.

The role involves overseeing the design process with ISO9001 documentation, and cladding or roofing experience is preferable. This position is based on site across external envelope projects in the region.

The Role - Designer (Cladding/Roofing)

• Ensure all construction drawings and designs are produced on time, to a high quality standard.
• Manage the development and implementation of design proposals and ensure they meet the client’s expectations.
• Adhere to budget constraints to maintain developed design as financially viable.
• Present proposals for approval to the client.
• Oversee the design process using technical expertise.
• Maintain thorough documentation of the design and development. Complying to ISO9001.
• Cladding or Roofing experience preferable.
