Job description
REPORTING TO:

Creative Director / Associate Creative Director / Associate Design Director

REPORTS:

Junior Design team, including freelance positions

JOB PURPOSE
  • Guiding, assisting and mentoring interns.
  • Maintaining, always, the highest standards of design
MAIN DUTIES
  • Pushing yourself creatively by deep diving into projects and delivering quality design solutions
  • Reporting on request, project status to Client Services.
  • Developing client presentations.
  • Pro-actively developing initiatives for the creative studio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ideation – ability to contribute to the ‘driving our big idea’ on large scale projects.
  • Creativity – delivering conceptual work of the highest creative standard.
  • Delivery – organising activities and responsibilities within projects and ensuring deadlines and project timelines are met.
  • Communication – ensuring consistent and effective communication with the rest of the project team
  • Awareness – keeping the Creative Director, Associate Creative Directors and Client Servicing team informed of design related issues.
PROFESIONAL & TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
  • Professional qualification(s) of a high standard.
  • Consumer brand experience.
  • Ability to effectively and clearly communicate ideas, i.e. sketches, written, verbal.
  • Proactive approach to technology, software and industry innovations.
  • Proven ability in offering a multi-skilled and challenging outlook to creative briefs.
