Bella Italia in Witney/Oxford region is seeking a Designate Head Chef to lead kitchen operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will mentor a talented team, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure dishes are cooked to perfection while controlling costs and improving profitability.

With a passion for Italian cuisine, you’ll adapt to multiple sites, collaborate with management, and play a key role in upholding Bella Italia’s guest-first hospitality culture and seasonal menus.
