This is a senior, hands-on leadership role, providing operational cover and strategic support across our estate locations during periods of transition, absence, or development. You will step into General Manager responsibilities at short notice, ensuring operational continuity, maintaining standards, and leading teams with confidence and clarity. The role is a UK wide one, with a requirement to travel and stay away from home, depending on geography. Each hold is typically between 3–6 months, depending on the circumstance.
