Job description

Exciting support opportunity in the Technology department of a secondary school in Moston. Full time Design Technology Technician. Start date – ASAP. Permanent contract offered for suitable candidate. Supportive and well facilitated DT department. Located in Moston, good transport links to surrounding areas. Situated close by to Moston and Middleton near to the motorway with excellent public transport links from the centre of Manchester. This is a larger than average secondary school with excellent facilities. The post of DT Technician will require you to support in Technology lessons and work alongside other members of the department.

  • Working alongside the class teacher to ensure resources are set up for lessons.
  • Carrying out daily activities instructed by the Head of Technology.
  • Preparing woodwork and operating machinery.
