Design Technology Teacher – Outstanding School – Surrey

Responsibilities :

The successful Design Technology Teacher will plan and deliver engaging and practical lessons, fostering creativity and technical proficiency. You will cover a range of specialisms within Design Technology (e.g., Resistant Materials, Graphics, Product Design, Textiles – the school is open to various specialisms ). Creating a safe and inspiring workshop environment, assessing student progress, providing effective feedback, and contributing to the Design Technology curriculum are key responsibilities for this Design Technology Teacher role.

Requirements :

Applicants must be a qualified Design Technology Teacher (QTS) with a degree in Design Technology or a related field. Proven experience teaching Design Technology at the secondary level is required, along with strong practical skills across relevant specialisms. Excellent classroom management and organizational skills are essential. We need a passionate Design Technology Teacher .
