Overview

TeacherActive are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technology Teacher to join a friendly, high-performing school in the Greater Manchester area. The Role

• Teach Design & Technology / Resistant Materials across KS4 (and occasional KS3)

• Deliver Food Technology lessons as required

• Work 3 days per week (Wednesday Friday)

• Provide high-quality, engaging instruction and support student progress

• Cover the period from after half term to Christmas, with a strong chance of extension until the end of the year

• Collaborate with the department to share best practice and maintain high standards

What We re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Proven experience teaching Technology / D&T (especially resistant materials)

• Confidence in delivering Food Technology lessons

• Strong classroom management, differentiation skills, and commitment to student outcomes
