Job summary

Aberdeenshire Council is seeking an experienced teacher to deliver quality education to assigned pupils within the Scottish educational framework. The post requires active involvement with pupils, staff and external bodies in line with Local Negotiating Committee for Teachers and Scottish Negotiating Committee for Teachers.

The successful candidate must be eligible for GTC Scotland registration and will be subject to PVG scheme checks.

Qualifications

• PVG Scheme checks required.
• Applicants must be or eligible to be fully registered with GTC Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality education to assigned pupils and contribute to the professional life of the school with pupils, staff and external bodies within the agreed terms of the Local Negotiating Committee for Teachers and the Scottish Negotiating Committee for Teachers.
• Demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
